kata David Hendra tokek yang berhaga jual tinggi beratnya perekornya harus lebih dari 3,5 ons, kalau umumnya tokek di bawah 2 ons itu laku di jual dengan harga 2 ribu sampai 3 ribu rupiah per ekornya. tokek di bagi tiga jenis yaitu : tokek hutan, tokek batu, tokek rumah, masing-masing memiliki ciri khas yang berbeda. untuk tokek rumah seberat 5 ons sampai dengan 5,9 ons harganya bisa mencapai 250 juta rupiah per onsnya untuk tokek seberat 5 ons, sehingga satu tokek rumah bisa mencapai 1 miliyar rupiah. bahkan kalau tokek yang beratnya 5,9 ons harga jualnya bisa 500 juta rupiah peronsnya. anda boleh percaya atau tidak, tapi begitulah pada kenyataannya. untuk lebih detilnya silahkan anda baca jawapos edisi jum'at 11 desember 2009.
